As many of you know, the Vinart Dealerships, comprised of the Collision Center and auto body shop, have been serving the Lehigh Valley area since the early 1990’s. In that time we learned many things about our customers. One critical attribute that many of our customers share is the fear of the unknown. We see this fear bubbling up in questions like, “What do I do if my car breaks down on the side of the road?” or “How can I prevent my car from overheating on long trips?”. Knowing that these service & repair related fears are consuming many of our customers, we recently launched the Vinart Body Shop.
The Vinart Body Shop website is the virtual home of the Vinart Collision Center. One of our favorite additions to our Vinart Body Shop site is our blog. We are using the blog as a way to help our customers understand simple steps they can take to keep their car serviced, so that they can avoid those unforeseen repair costs. You simply fill out an online form, explain the damage, and submit the estimate. We’ll take care of the rest.
